Refund policy

European Union 14-day cooling off period.
If the purchased Goods are shipped into the European Union, Buyers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The Goods must be returned in the same condition as upon delivery, unworn or unused, with tags in their original packaging and the relevant documents pertaining to them. The Buyer shall join the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Æon will notify the Buyer upon receiving and inspecting the returned Goods and inform the Buyer whether the refund was approved. The Goods will automatically be refunded through the original payment method within 10 business days if approved. However, the bank or the credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
