Collection: Bracelets

A bracelet is experienced through movement as much as appearance. ÆON selects examples in which construction becomes part of the design: supple woven gold by Georges Lenfant, the textured structure of a Gay Frères ruby and diamond bangle, and the substantial silver links of Hermès. An ancient Etruscan intaglio in a later cuff introduces another relationship between image and wrist. These are pieces for collectors attentive to weight, articulation and surface, and for wearers who see a bracelet as a decisive element of dress.
